General Questions
Our all-inclusive lease program includes custom design, professional installation, commercial-grade LED Christmas lights, maintenance throughout the season, takedown after the holidays, and off-season storage. You enjoy a beautifully lit home or business without ever having to purchase or store the lights.
No. The lights remain our property, allowing us to replace worn products, keep everything looking its best, and provide maintenance at no additional cost during the lease period.
Leasing eliminates the upfront cost of purchasing lights, the hassle of installation and storage, and the expense of replacing burned-out bulbs or damaged strands. Each season, your display is professionally installed and maintained so it always looks its best.
Christmas Light Installation
We begin installations in the fall, typically from October through early December. The earlier you reserve your spot, the more flexibility we have with scheduling.
Not usually. As long as we have access to the areas being decorated and any agreed-upon power outlets, you don’t need to be present.
Most residential installations are completed within a few hours. Larger homes and commercial properties may require additional time.
Maintenance
Just let us know! Maintenance is included with your lease. We’ll repair or replace any lights that stop working so your display stays bright throughout the season.
We strive to respond promptly, typically within 24–48 hours, depending on weather and demand.
Removal & Storage
We generally remove displays in January, weather permitting. If heavy ice is present, we may have to wait for ice to melt until we can safely remove it from your roof. We also have clients who like them up longer – just let us know!
No. We take care of removal and off-season storage, so you don’t have to dedicate garage or attic space.

We use commercial-grade, energy-efficient LED Christmas lights designed to provide vibrant color, long-lasting performance, and superior durability compared to retail-grade lights.
Absolutely! We offer several color options and can help you design a display that matches your home’s style or your business’s branding. We offer Warm White (yellow hue), Cool White (blue hue), Pure White (typical “clear” LED hue), Red, Green, Blue, Purple, or Pink. You can do any color combination you’d like. Twinkle lights available for additional fee
Yes! We offer rooflines, ridges, trees, shrubs, columns, wreaths, garland, and many other holiday lighting options.

Pricing depends on the size of your home or business, the complexity of the design, and the amount of lighting needed. We provide free, no-obligation estimates customized to your property.
No. Our lease pricing includes installation, commercial-grade lights, maintenance, removal, and storage.
Yes! Customers who choose a multi-year agreement receive discounted pricing for subsequent years and priority scheduling.
